Shipping

A: Our standard shipping rate is £2.99. However, we have great news! We also offer free shipping on all orders over £50. If you have any further questions or need assistance with shipping-related inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable.

A: We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times may vary depending on your location, between 2-4 days (UK). You can find more information in our Shipping Policy.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, and hope to expand our shipping services in the future.

Payment

A: We accept various payment methods, including major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed to ensure your information is protected. You can select your preferred payment method during the checkout process.

We do not have a minimum order requirement for purchasing from our store. You are welcome to shop and order as per your preference and convenience.

Returns

A: Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your items to initiate a return or exchange. Refer to our Returns Policy  for more details.

A: We want to assure you that we take packaging and handling seriously and make every effort to minimize the chances of damage during shipping. However, if your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction.

A: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or adding items, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

A: If you're buying a gift and unsure of the recipient's jewellery size, don't worry! We understand the challenge, therefore the majority of our bracelets and necklaces are adjustable to allow for a comfortable fit and eliminate the need for precise sizing. However, if you want to buy a ring, it is important to have an accurate ring size. Alternatively, you can choose an adjustable ring that offers flexibility in fitting different sizes.

A: To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place and avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and other harsh chemicals. For cleaning, use a special polishing soft cloth, and avoid abrasive materials or harsh cleaning agents.
